Recipe: Mom's Mince Meat Pies Brenda's Favourite Things...

DIRECTIONS 1. Use bottled mince meat – add small pieces of apple to the mince meat. 2. Let stand in refrigerator until a couple days before Christmas. 3. Fill unbaked tart shells with the Mince Meat mixture. 4. Top with crumble – ½ cup flour, ½ cup white sugar, 4 tablespoon butter; mix till crumble; sprinkle over top of tarts. 5. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes. 6. Heat before serving and top with a scoop of whipped cream to serve.
