In January the average sale price for all residential was $3978,813, which was about $75,000 more than last year! The average price of a home in Windsor-Essex is rapidly approaching $400,000. It took us 25 years to go from $100,000 to $200,000, only 3 years to go from $200,000 - $300,000 and it’s looking like it may only take 2 years to get to $400,000. All this means that it’s a great time to sell your home. With sales inventory low, it means that buyers are bidding and pushing the price up. That’s my January update for you.
