Create a custom single property website dedicated to your property & includes all property details. Create a massive social media exposure showcasing your homes listing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter). Email Blast your listing to our extensive network of qualified home buyers and local Realtors. Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) & Realtor.ca Maximum exposure by send your listing's data to many of the highest trafficked search sites on the Internet. Promote your home at the company sales meetings. Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers. Email/fax a feature sheet to the top agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable. Handle all the follow-up upon a contract being accepted - all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures. Deliver your cheque at the closing.
