If I would have known that this referral program was going to be so successful, I would have started it a long time ago. Here again is the information regarding the program. In the Real Estate industry, if a REALTOR ® from another area or province refers a buyer or seller to us, we always pay that REALTOR ® a referral fee. That fee is based on a percentage of the commission that we receive on that particular transaction. I am NOW offering that same kind of referral fee to you! Here is the criteria: • Refer any “NEW CLIENT“ to me, who buys or sells any real estate through myself, and I will pay you a referral fee. • A “NEW CLIENT” is a person or persons who has not done a real estate transaction with me in the past. • The referral amount will be based on the sale price of the property and on the amount of commission paid and here are a few examples.

— Sale/purchase price of $500,000: a referral as high as $2,000.00 — Sale/purchase price of $1,000,000: a referral as high as $3,500.00 — Sale/purchase price of $2,000,000: a referral as high as $6,250.00

Whether it is friends, relatives, co-workers, or neighbours, anytime you hear of someone thinking of buying or selling any real estate, you just need to put me in touch with them.
