colours should you choose? Here are a few of the most popular options from well-known paint brand Benjamin Moore. INGREDIENTS : 3 ears of corn 1 (4-ounce) can black beans, drained 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 small red onion, chopped 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil, chopped 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp stone ground mustard 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp poppy seeds 1/4 tsp sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS: 1. Remove the husks of corn. Fill large pot 3/4 with water and bring to boil. Turn off heat, add corn. Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer corn to cutting board and let cool. Then cut kernels off of cob. 2. Add beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and basil to large serving bowl. 3. In blender, add mayonnaise, white vinegar, mustard, olive oil, sugar and poppy seeds. Blend until smooth and well combined. 4. Add fully cooled corn to the bowl, followed by the dressing and toss. Salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
