Sudbury, ON (June 2026) — The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Sudbury Real Estate Board totaled 241 units in May 2026. The average price of homes sold in May 2026 was a record $551,265, a small gain of 2.8% from May 2025. The number of new listings was up by 14.4% from May 2025. There were 565 new residential listings in May 2026. Active residential listings numbered 673 units on the market at the end of May. Months of inventory numbered 2.8 at the end of May 2026.
