BENEFITS OF LIVING IN A CONDO AS A SINGLE PERSON
If you live on your own, a condo is a great place to call home. It can be hard to make time for work and recreation and maintaining a full-sized home as a single person, and living in a condo means many of the maintenance jobs are taken care of for you. Condos also add a layer of security, since most only allow residents or friends of residents to enter. Condo buildings may also have security cameras installed in areas such as the lobby, hallways and amenity areas. Another fantastic benefit of living in a condo is that because most are located in city centres, everything you need should be in walking distance. Not only is this great for convenience, but it also means you may be able to forgo owning a car entirely – or at least drive a lot less than you would if you lived in a more remote neighbourhood of single-family homes.
